Diment is an experienced trial attorney marking 20 years of legal experience in May, 2007. All matters are handled personally by Barb who will represent the client's interests from start to finish including all collateral matters that may arise. In personal injury and work injury cases, we will seek to resolve all medical bills and expenses related to the injury as part of our representation and deal with the insurance companies involved on the client's behalf. |

Fees
Can we talk legal fees? Of course. There should never be a question in your mind about what the fee will be and that it is fairly earned for the services you receive in my office. I encourage every client to ask me if they ever have a question about the fee.
While most cases are handled on a contingency-fee basis, or with an agreement that I will devote my time and the expenses associated with my representation to go forward on your case in exchange for a certain percentage of the total settlement or verdict in your case when it is resolved, I assess each case to determine the appropriate percentage for this contingency fee based upon my individual time commitment to the case and other factors.
I will evaluate your claim without charge, accept your case only after careful evaluation that you are entitled to compensation, and discuss how I can assist you to ensure that your rights are fully protected and full and fair compensation is paid, so that you can move forward in your life.
